Cecil, or ‘Cee-Cee’ as she likes to be called, exceeded all expectations on our private tour, showing us the most interesting parts of Monte Carlo, St. Paul de Vence and Nice in the time agreed upon. She is so personable, knowledgable and just plain fun to be with. Touring Renoir’s home and grounds was so special! Then there was the Nice flower market! We greatly enjoyed our reserved dining experience on the terrace of her recommended Restaurant Le Tilleul in St. Paul de Vence. Merci beaucoup Cecile!
